Refund policy

Exchanges and store credit

Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Start a return

Email hello@sirajaroma.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions. Please wait for approval before sending an item back.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will contact you about your exchange or store credit. Eligible returns are not refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
